About this house sitting position in Co Down

We live in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of a
large town in N Ireland. The back garden is
very private with a view of the sea and a large
wood. We have no pets. The train to Belfast (and beyond) stops within 5 minutes walk from our house; there is also a bus service into Belfast and the surrounding areas. The town centre is a 5 minute drive away with a large supermarket approx 2 minutes from us.

We would like somebody to look after our house, mail, gardens and tenants when we are away; experience in being a landlord would be an advantage but not essential; however, handyman skills are - fix a dripping tap, bleed a boiler - that sort of thing.

If we are successful in finding the right person/people, we would intend to leave N Ireland at the beginning of November 2016 and return close to the end of April 2017. We ask that our house sitters pay some utilities.
