Private Link detached house under the Cleveland hills.House has a large easy maintained garden and large veranda for sunny days. Garage for car.House contains 2 nice tempered senior cats and large tropical tank filled with easy caring natured fish.Easy access to Whitby and Middlesbrough.Guisborough is a sedate market town and only takes a brisk five minute walk to start your walks in nature on the hills.Wide selection of shops in the town..Wi-Fi is also in the house.Owner has many house plants that need watering along with misting when needed.Home is a very very quiet area so can relax day or night. House owners go away for four and half to five months of the year .Would like sitter(s) to be with owners beforehand so cats can adjust to new person with owners around and do not be alarmed about this as we are two seniors with a happy outlook on life and will see why one is disabled. This area is perfect for an active out doors type person.If coming from overseas into the UK,would prefer and helpful in coming sooner than date shown as cats need in adjusting to new person and their routine! Also a tour of the area so one can settle in (buses and food shops etc ) Back up with family if ever needed,but family will not call in so it will be private all the time.Any further questions I will be happy to reply. .
