About this house sitting position in Tarporley

Four bedroom detached, three storey house on three-quarters of an acre built in 1906. The house is on the edge of a beautiful Cheshire village close to the Welsh border and just north of the Shropshire border. The village has a Co-op store and three good (but different) pubs.
This is a very spacious house. The kitchen looks out onto a garden terrace through a fully glazed elevation which slides open to approximately 4m wide. Main rooms are all approx. 5m x 5.5m. There is a large 10m x 5.5m room with a grand and an upright piano and large dining table.
Sitters would have use of the pianos which are tuned regularly. One of the four bedrooms is currently a store room and the other three are large double rooms with en-suite shower rooms/toilets and walk in wardrobes.
It is possible to stay without a car since the village shop is a short walk and covers all basics. That said, a car would be very useful and there is plenty of parking space on the private drive.
We have two cats which also need minding and have been much loved by all previous minders.
