I work as a Lifestyle Fixer / Recovery Coach / Author and work with clients on a one to one basis via zoom all over the world , I have a book coming out soon which is a combination of my life story and a self-help book.

I am also the trustee of a recovery charity called Openroad

My past is built up of working in construction,I have owned many construction companies over the years and due to the loss of passion in that industry I had no desire to continue down this road.
