Hello Homeowners!

I am a responsible non-smoking, professional with a great deal of experience looking after people's homes and pets. I am a British National but have been based in New Zealand for the past 10 years. I am an easy going and relaxed person who enjoys meeting new people and I would love to come and meet you and your furry friends!

I have spent some time travelling over recent years, mostly in South East Asia. I love to explore new cultures, however I am now returning to the UK to rest and focus on new projects. I have a professional background in university administration and IT but now work from home as an English teacher.

I am an animal lover and have a particular affinity with dogs. I have many years of house sitting experience around the world and can provide references from home owners. I have also spent time volunteering with animals during my time overseas including at an animal shelter in the Philippines and with a street dog charity in Thailand.

I have done sits with a variety of animals and am comfortable and confident in their care. I have experience with administering medicines so if this is a concern it is something I can easily undertake. I believe it is important to adhere to the routines that you have with your pets to be sure that there is as little disruption as possible. This includes walking dogs on a daily basis which I am more than happy to do.

I would take just as much care of your home as I would your pets. I am very tidy and clean and would treat your property and possessions with the highest respect. You will return to find your house in the exact same condition that you left it and I am happy to look after plants while you are away.

The main reason that I like to house sit is because I love animals and enjoy spending time with them. Cuddles, strokes and plenty of attention are guaranteed if I look after your pets. I would love to have my own but I do not think it is responsible to do this until I have my own home so house sitting is the perfect solution for me.

I have been lucky to house sit for so many beautiful and special pets in the past and it’s always hard to say goodbye. I have made some incredible connections with both the animals and their owners through house sitting and still keep in touch with some of them to date.

I understand how important it is to trust the person taking care of your home. You can be assured that I would give your pets the same level of care that you would and as I work from home they would never be left alone for too long. I can keep in contact while you are away and send photos and updates if you would like.

I am happy to answer any other questions you might have and to video chat to get to know each other better. Where possible I would be happy to come and meet you in person as I think it is important to make sure that your animals are comfortable with me.
