We are a couple married for 30 years without children or other dependents. We have been retired 15 years and lived in Guardamar del Segura, Costa Blanca, Spain for 10 years. Peter was an electro/mechanical engineer and we both maintained our 3 bed semi in Watford, Herts. My wife Joan, was a district nurse but we retired to Spain to benefit from the warmer drier climate. We have never owned pets but we are sympathetic to animals and walked dogs in Spain & England. We walk a lot - Peter on the hills, but Joan only on the flat, through our pine forest, down to the marina and back - 8 kms. We would love to walk dogs, and it was something that we had planned to do on retirement. We don't own any pets, because we live in an apartment, and we like to travel. We are not smokers & never had any police criminal interviews. Peter obtained Police Disclosure Clearance in 2016 & Joan has never applied but has never had any police record. We had our first Mindahome assignment in August 2016 and we were engaged to mind a home in three places during 2017.
