Mature woman with over 30 years experience of assisting others both in Native New Zealand and UK (16 years). A natural at supporting others in anything needed, from collecting post for your safe return to managing properties.
I have spent over 20 years as a tenant and most of those being the head tenant with added responsibility. Through my support work I have managed properties with only 3 occupants to larger ones where over 3 staff are needed.
For over 10 years in the UK I have been a property guardian - live in security. This comes with added responsibility than a tenant but from my security background I am experienced at prioritising the security of others property.
# All pet care included - experience with domestic animals since childhood both our own families and looking after others in the neighbourhood when owners went on holiday. I have a natural connection with animals so often trusted by others and always requested by friends to help out with their furry babies. Even the shy fur babies warm to me, to the surprise of owners
# Experience with some farm animals from visiting and working on farms in New Zealand.
# Garden care included - watering of domestic gardens outside and plants inside. Years spent working in horticulture including nurseries so I can do this in my sleep.
I have an abundance of common sense and a current Enhanced DBS that is registered with the update service.
