Hi there! My name is Christine (59) and my husband is Steve (62). Steve was born in the UK and I was born in New Zealand. After getting married in the UK we moved to NZ where we have been living for the last 29 years raising a family, we have two boys and a girl. Now that we have retired we decided to return to the UK to visit family and explore the country again. Our daughter is also living in the UK and Steve's mother is in a nursing home in the UK. Steve was a project manager and I was an administrator. We have owned our own home and would look after another as if it was our own. Steve is a handyman and is happy to mow your lawns while you are away. We are friendly, trustworthy, tidy and non-smokers, references available.
We have owned pets for the last 30 years, two dogs and three cats, goldfish and a bird. We have had experience looking after bull mastiffs, cocker spaniels, chickens, a rabbit and outside goldfish. As animal lovers, one thing we regularly miss whilst travelling is the companionship they bring. Most of all we love to housesit we want to make sure that while you are away not only are your pets in an environment that they are used to you are able to relax in the knowledge that we will care for your home as if it was our home.
