We are a couple with a two year old daughter who live in Australia but are visiting family in England and Scotland in May-July. Gavin is from Aberdeen originally and Rebecca is from New Zealand. Gavin is a university lecturer and Deputy Head of the Department of Sociology at Australia National University in Canberra. Rebecca is a researcher and also works at Australia National University. We are a very responsible and conscientious couple, and while our daughter is an active toddler, she is very well behaved and respectful of others' property. We have both traveled widely and have always respected and looked after the houses we have stayed in. We now own our own home in a lovely neighbourhood, so know how important it is to have the peace of mind that your house is being cared for while you are on holiday.
