More information about this house sitter

We are a couple of retired doctors originally from England and New Zealand but now living in Manhattan. I grew up on a farm in Sussex so you can understand that I want to return to the English countryside and to animals.
We are very experienced house sitters and come to Europe every year.
Now that we live in Manhattan it is hard to have pets so we look forward to the summers. I have a particular fondness for dogs, (but David is more a cat person ) . My dog was called Boffin as she was very insightful.
It may seem a bit risky to bet on a couple in the US, but we come over, regular as clockwork and are very reliable.
