Our previous assignments:
- November/December 2016 : we have been house-sitted a Swiss Bed & Breakfast for 1 month.
Such as B&B Manager by interim we had maintained the 5 bedrooms B&B, welcomed clients, made delicious breakfast and took care of 7 hens.
- December 25th 2016 to January 6th 2017 : we have been house-sitted a Villa and pet-sitted a pretty cat for 10 days nearby Geneva.
- January 11th to February 5th 2017 : we have been house-sitted a tipycal House of Espelette and pet-sitted Doui the cat for 3 weeks. (SW France)
- March 8th to March 23 : home-sitting and cat-sitting in Gibraltar
- March 23th to April 4 : home-sitting and taking care of 2 cats nearby Malaga
- April 14th to April 20 : home-sitting and cat-sitting near Barcelona (Spain)
- April 28th to May 9 : home-sitting and dog-sitting near Carcassonne (France)
- May 11th to May 19 : home-sitting and cat-sitting near Espelette (France)
- May 20th to May 29 : home-sitting and cat-sitting near Biarritz (France)

Veronique and Carole looked after my dog Nico and my house while I was away and I could not have wished for anyone to have taken better care of both. Everything was in perfect order when I returned. They both were the most interesting people and delightful company.
They were most accommodating in delivering me to, and collecting me from the airport. They also kept me up to date with photos and texts about how they were getting on.
My only disappointment was that they were not available for my next trip, but have promised to come back to take care of Nico when our mutual dates match.

It was the first time I've used the website and the first time I would be apart from my cats. I honestly have to say that I couldn't hope for better cat-housesitters. The girls are really friendly and reliable. They left the house spotless and the cats were well fed and happy. I totally recommend them. Thank you a lot to take such good care of my Cleo and Venus.

Veronique and Carole spent 12 days house sitting and pet sitting my 2 cats. They were an absolute delight. The cats had been very happy and the house was immaculate upon my return. They also, cooked me a lovely meal upon my return. Thank you so much Veronique and Carole for an excellent job. Hope they will return to look after the house and cats again.

This was my first experience with Trusted House Sitters and it was a wonderful one! Veronique and Carole responded to my request promptly, as did many others who were keen to visit Gibraltar, however I chose the ladies as they were extremely polite and efficient with their messages and their previous reviews were excellent, providing me with instant peace of mind. They arrived on schedule and sent me a message to let me know they were at the apartment and all was well. They were very gracious and complimented the apartment and most of all, Kuki. They sent regular updates and photos and I really had no concerns whatsoever whilst I was away. They helped me remotely with a small chore by collating some paperwork to handover to my friend in my absence. They promised to leave the apartment as they found it, however I never expected them to launder their own sheets and prepare the bed for my arrival - the apartment was spotlessly clean! They even left me a lovely bunch of Spring daffodils and remembered to switch off the water heater. Kuki was pampered, well fed and loved for the duration of their stay and I would recommend these ladies to care for your pets. It really was the best introduction to Trusted Housesitters that I could possibly have wished for. Thank you ladies, we hope you will visit again some time.

For our first ever experience with house and pet sitters, we decided to select sitters not far from our home town, and found Carole and Veronique, who lived just across the nearby lake. It was a very good choice and our first meeting before the due date convinced us to sign up with them and trust them. The sitting dates were not easy as they started on Xmas day, for ten days, but this did not put them off. We gave them all the keys and the security codes of the house, plus a booklet with all the emergency telephone numbers and everything went on very well. Most importantly, they looked after our Cat, fed him, and took great care of him. Carole and Veronique are two lovable persons, very friendly and very easy going. Also very calm in every situation, even when the outdoor alarm went off in the middle of the night... During our holiday, we received news and pictures of the cat which we appreciated. Upon our return, we found a well-kept house, a well-fed cat and everything was in place as we left it. The next morning, the day of their departure, to our surprise they prepared a delicious 'farewell' brunch, that we all shared! This first experience was absolutely positive and we can only warmly recommend Carole and Veronique for any future house and pet sitting. We do hope to have them back one day, too!
