Our home is a 3 bedroom detached built in 1938 which we have recently renovated to modern standards and large open plan living area. The house offers plenty of off road parking and large garage

It has a large garden and deck area which is lovely to make the best of at this time of year

We have an old female cat who is still sprightly and does not require any medication but lots of fuss

Our location is in a small village north of Coventry and has excellent links to major motorway networks. Rugby, Birmingham, Leicestershire, Warwickshire and Oxfordshire are within an easy drive of 20 to 40 minutes so a car would be a bonus for days out

The surrounding areas offer plenty of options to walk and cycle with nearby canal towpath and links

The village itself has a small shopping area plus a couple of pubs and a British legion club; Nuneaton is 10 minutes away if a broader selection of shopping was needed with good local bus routes

Would prefer non smokers however if necessary must go outside
