About this house sitting position in Edinburgh

Im planning to go on holiday over xmas and new year, just over 3 wks. I have a dog, cat and fish. I cant put my dog into kennels as she has some medical issues and is not dog friendly..humans loves, cats loves, dogs not so much. My cat is an indoor cat and is no trouble at all, and Mr Fish just needs fed twice a day. I live in a nice 2 bed semi house with garden and access to lovely walks, been on the outskirts of edinburgh Im directly next to the countryside and the River Almond. The only negative is that it is on the flightpath for airport. I need someone with experience with dogs, she is a sweety really, but strong willed. She is 11 years old but acts like shes 2.
