Two periods - am Fri 25/5/18 - pm Fri 22/6/18
And am Wed 18/7/18 - pm Fri 14/9/18 house sit, whilst we stay at our Greek second home, in a new 3 bed cottage next to the River Yarrow near the West Pennine Moors. Close to amenities / train station and motorway links with easy access to Greater Manchester / City and the North West. Low maintenance stone flagged garden to rear. Hi speed wifi and Youview TV package with BT Sports. Excellent pub/restaurant within 500 metres, local doorstep river walks and easy access to the West Pennine Moors. We are a professional semi retired couple with two female cocker spaniels aged 4 and 9, a teenage son at boarding school and two other grown up children who live locally. The dogs come with the house sit and two overnight stays by our son on Sun 3/6/18 and Sun 2/9/18 - on these two occasions he will be picked up from the airport by his brother or sister and dropped off at our home around midnight. He gets picked up by boarding school minibus mid Monday morning and needs his non school clothes kit bag. These two overnight stays will be your only commitment regarding our son for the whole house sit.

Our teenage son boards at school Mondays to Fridays and will fly out to our Greek home during school holidays. Please note our grown children will be involved with our sons weekend care for the three weekends he is in the UK over the whole period, so a flexible approach is welcomed and the family will take care of airport transfers etc.
We would prefer the same sitter/s for both periods but would consider splitting between two parties.
