Thu 23rd May - Fri 21st June house/dog sit, whilst we stay at our Greek second home, in a new 3 bed cottage with all mod-cons, next to the River Yarrow near the West Pennine Moors. Close to local amenities / train station and motorway links with easy access to Greater Manchester / City and the North West. Low maintenance stone flagged garden to rear. Hi speed wifi / home network and free view with Netflix 65 inch TV / Bose Home Cinema system. Excellent pub/restaurant within 500 metres, local doorstep river walks and easy access to the West Pennine Moors. We are a professional semi-retired couple with a female Golden Cocker Spaniel aged 5. All pet food provided plus Free accommodation and utility bills are included. No fees either way, Amenities are localised, but your own transport is essential.
