About this house sitting position in Fleet Hargate

We live in a small village in South Lincolnshire near the Norfolk border. Our home is a small 2 bedroom bungalow with a large garden.
You will have your own room for the length of the sit.
We share our home with 3 cats, who sleep most of the time, and 18 chickens in a run in the garden.
Eggs are free for you to use ?
We are just 40 minutes from the beautiful North Norfolk coast and there are very good bus links to Spalding and Kings Lynn.
The village is very friendly with a pub, post office and tea rooms just a stroll away from the bungalow. Being in the country there are lots of lovely walks on the doorstep.
Our home, though not a show home, is clean and tidy and very easily managed.
We have Sky tv with BT tv and broadband. Electric eye level cooker and a gas hob. There is also a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. All of these are ready to be used by whoever sits for us.
Whoever stays has the use of everything on the bungalow including the contents of the food stores ?
As this is an autumn sit no gardening will be required.
If required we can collect you from the nearest railway/bus station and take you back again after the sit.
