About this house sitting position in Kingskerswell

We have a large detached property split into 3 dwellings, however the entire property will be vacant during house sitting.
For house sitting you will have a 3 double bedroom property, master en suite, separate family bathroom with bath and separate shower enclosure. There is a large lounge, kitchen / diner, utility, downstairs WC and a room with a pool table. Good WiFi throughout.
There is a self contained studio apartment above a triple garage so perfect as a separate working space if needed.
There is also a 1 bedroom annexe which will be vacant but not for use during house sit.
The garden is mostly lawn, but we have robot mowers so no mowing needed. There are fruit trees, mature trees, shrubs, planted beds, plant pots and an enclosed allotment area. Minimal watering required as house sit needed is in the winter (in theory it might rain?!).
There are only a few indoor plants for watering.
The main reason is for care of our 6 year old show cocker spaniel bitch (spayed).
She can be anxious and nervous of other dogs hence why kennels would not be appropriate. She is also unsure of children.
Otherwise she is great, loves sleeping, playing hide and seek for food around the house, trotting around the garden and going out for walkies.
She can only be left home alone for 30mins, max 1 hour as can get a bit stressed (she is getting better though), however she loves a car and can happily travel and sleep in the boot (with ventilation, water and toilet breaks if it isn't too hot). She normally goes to work with her daddy and has a crate in his van. She loves being 'van security'!
We are looking for 1 or 2 people to care for our dog but need to be non smokers and not bring other pets or children. Read more...
