About this house sitting position in Lancashire

My husband and I live in a 2 bedroom terraced house in Fulwood in Preston. We are going traveling on our honeymoon from 10th November 2019 to 11th January 2020 and are looking for someone/a couple (our house is really quite small with one bedroom with a double bed) to stay in our house and look after our 2 indoor cats for us whilst we are away. This will involve feeding them, cleaning out the litter trays and giving them attention. They are both very friendly and love being cuddled/having a lap to sit on.

The house is livable, modern and comfortable but not quite the finished article - we have done up the kitchen, living area and bathroom but the spare room could still do with a lick of paint (and is full of my husband’s gym stuff/ a general storage area). We both love cooking so the kitchen is well equipped. There is also WiFi, a TV with TV license and netflix. We have a small garden and a driveway (both of which need some work) which can fit 2 cars - one in front of the other.

We are a 10 minute drive from Preston town center, 15 minutes from the train station and have local shops and a nice local pub 2 minutes walk away. We are also on a main bus route with the nearest stop just 200m away. Other benefits are that you can be in the countryside within 20 minutes and the Lake District in less than an hour.
