About this house sitting position in Leeds

Looking for a catsitter for the weekend, and have a couple more coming up too.
I live in a terraced townhouse right next to a local park. The sitter would have a large double room with free Wifi. There are good bus and train links into Leeds. The train journey is 8 minutes into the city centre.
I have two indoor cats, Lola and Widget. Lola has hyperthyroidism and needs liquid meds twice daily before her feeds. The house sitting duties would include feeding the cats, changing of their water, administering Lola's meds, cleaning the cat litter tray and of course lots of cuddles :0)
Local shops within 5 minutes walking distance with a coffee shop and local shops. It is a quiet area, parking is outside the house on a peaceful street.
TV in lounge that you're free to use and obviously make yourself at home.
