About this house sitting position in Leicester

I am looking for a dog sitter in exchange of a free stay in our home.

Our home is 1930's three bedroom semi-detached property with a garden. It's a quiet location on a cul de sac at the edge of the city centre (30mins to walk). We are 10minute walk away from two large parks. There is a lovely local high street (Queen's Road) near us that offers independent bakeries, cafes and shops. We are on the south side of Leicester city, so it's easy to access the beautiful Leicestershire countryside in about 10mins in a car (a bit longer on a bus). We are also a walking distance from the Leicester city football ground and Tigers rugby stadium. There is a local library and swimming pool, too. London is 1hr10mins on the train. Great central geographical location in Britain.

We (a family of five) are looking for a house sitter who loves dogs. We are going for a holiday for three weeks in the summer and would like to find someone to stay in our house and look after our dog Fez. This would perhaps suit someone who is travelling or looking for a free accommodation for a few weeks.

Fez is very enthusiastic, friendly four-year-old smooth collie. He normally gets two walks a day and the rest of the day he is happy chilling in the house and the garden. He is very good with people of all ages and loves other dogs. We obviously adore Fez, and are anxious to find someone to look after him who genuinely loves dogs.

We also have a garden with a pond (with some fish) and an allotment, so if you like gardening you are welcome to enjoy those, too.. if not, no worries looking after Fez is the main thing :)
