About this house sitting position in Manchester

I have a newly refurbished 3 bed terrace overlooking a park, 2 miles from the city and 20 minutes from the beautiful Peak District. I rent a spare room on air bnb and this will continue throughout the sit. It’s literally bed and breakfast only though so only the sitter will have access to the whole house. Ideally looking for a sitter who wouldn’t mind doing the odd room change though most of them will be done by the regular cleaner.

I have a dog and two rabbits who will also need caring for though a regular walker will also help with the dog so it will be more small walks and evening cuddles than long hikes he will need.

There will probably be lots of leftover food and drink from Christmas and sitters will be welcome to help themselves! :-)
