3 storey mid-terrace Townhouse with small garden to rear and tiny paved area to front. The house has 3 bedrooms and study-house sitters would have use of all ground floor (kitchen, utility room and study). Also 1st floor with living room, guest bedroom and en-suite toilet and shower and heated towel rail. 2nd floor bedroom, study and bathroom is the owner's space. The property is very close to the Solent Estuary in Southampton on the West Bank (as few meters from property, in the New Forest District of Hampshire. It is very peaceful and riverside walks are a few meters (& minutes) away. Large container ships that come in and out of Southampton docs are visible from the property. Lovely neighbours. 1 parking space at rear. Looking for house sitter for month of November 2020. There are no pets. This house sitting role is for someone to come and live in the property while I am away in Africa. There is no television in the property, but there is internet and broadband so it is possible to stream. No Pets and No Smoker. Preference is for a single person rather than a couple. Keen gardeners very welcome. It is a very peaceful location, so would not suit people who love to party or play loud music. Read more...
