I have a 3 bed roomed house minute walking distance of Penrith . It is fully modernized with a beautiful extension as shown in the photos and an outside patio . Penrith has many interesting things to do and lots of walks , I have 2 dogs that need to be looked after but only 1 has to be walked daily as the other is older but if you can manage 2 great .
