About this house sitting position in PLYMSTOCK

We are a retired, childless married couple who are permitted to share our cat's three bedroomed bungalow as long as we attempt to interpret her requirements! The bungalow is situated in a quiet area down a short lane off one of the approach roads to Plymstock where there are shops,cafés, takeaways and a public library. This shopping centre is within walking distance and buses to Plymouth City centre stop near the entrance to our lane and run every 20 minutes. We are non-smokers and are looking for house sitters who also do not smoke. Although we are next to a school playing field the area is very peaceful and would suit sitters who perhaps have work our hobbies that require this. We have a woman cleaner/ gardener who comes two mornings a week She also understands the cat and before our recent move to this bungalow fulfilled our previous cat & housesitting needs.. Unfortunately, the cat has made it quite clear that she will not permit another animal to share her residence. Plymouth is ideally situated to explore both Devon and Cornwall and is on the mainline station Penzance to Paddington (London). Our neighbours are pleasant and helpful as is our gardener/cleaner. The bungalow has two double rooms as well as the master suite, a well-appointed kitchen with breakfast table, dining room, sitting room and conservatory. As this period takes in Christmas and we are due back on Boxing day we could be flexible about overlaps at either end. We also require a sitter for a weekend 12-14 Ocr 2018 which could possibly serve as a trial for the longer period. Read more...
