About this house sitting position in Rawtenstall

Mature professional couple seek similar person(s) to take care of our home, pets and garden for two weeks in July and two weeks in September. We are nestled in Newchurch in the picturesque Rossendale Valley, with lovely countryside for rambling right on the doorstep. We have a gorgeous old Labrador 'Ruby', a rescue dog with only 3 legs, and a placid, easy-going 2 year old chocolate lab 'Bo'. We also have an 8 month old Siamese Blue-Point kitten Rieko who is a housecat and completely bonkers. Our home is a small, easily-maintained, 2 bedroom, detached bungalow, with bathroom (bath, with overhead shower,) good-sized kitchen, outdoor deck and seating area just been built with the benefit of screening and all day sun, easily maintained lawns, bushes and flower beds. We would be hoping the chosen house sitters would keep the house tidy and gardens mowed and flowers watered. The dogs enjoy two walks a day and we often walk them separately as Bo needs more exercise than Ruby, who is now slow and happy to potter. Our pets are our life, our family and are very much cherished, and we seek someone who will take the very best care of them.
