One bouncy cocker spaniel aged 6, one elderly cat needing oral meds twice daily. Dog would need feeding breakfast and tea, cat too with his meds. Very big garden so dog is happy without walks. Car driver needed as house is very rural, shops 10 mins by car and also 10 mins from beach.
