Wheatley Hills, Yorkshire and the Humber

About this house sitting position in WHEATLEY HILLS

We have a very comfortable home, and are happy for Holly’s sitters to enjoy it as their own whilst there.
We would really love to meet prior to the sitting to chat and discuss, if possible.
My home is being decorated at present, as I only moved in a short time ago.
The kitchen is very large, and has everything you would need, theres a large Smeg fridge freezer, there will be food stocked up in the fridge freezer, and cupboards for the sitter.
There is a rangemaster cooker gas/electric, a dish washer, there is a small room off the kitchen where there is a cross trainer and a treadmill if excercise is required.
There is a large double sided multifuel stove in the large lounge if needed. (logs and coal stocked up if needed)
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, a beautiful dining room and a garden room, and a utility room with washer and dryer etc.
There is a nice lawned front garden, a back garden which is about to be re-turfed, and a new patio area underway.
We live in a large Bungalow.
The bungalow has 2 large luxury bathrooms on ground level and a further WC just off the kitchen area, it is a beautiful home.
The road I live on is very quite, a nice area, the Bungalow is gated and secure, has a long drive and a an electric operated garage with lighting, there is plenty of outside lighting.
Doncaster is a market town in South Yorkshire there is the grand outdoor market on Tuesday /Saturday, which has a fabulous indoor market, fish,butchers,deli's, just about everything.
There is also the famous St Ledger Race Course.
There are various walks a beautiful large park close by.
There is a very good local bus service and taxi service.
Yorkshire wildlife park, is in close proximity.
Doncaster town centre, the new Frenchgate shopping centre.
There are new large outlets, including Lakeside and Wheatley Shopping Centres.
There is a local railway station, going to the rest of Yorkshire, including The beautiful city of York and the Yorkshire Dales.
A Golf club, Canal boat club, and lots more to enjoy.
We have only lived here for 3 months and we are sure there is lots more than we know about.
There is a 24HR Sainsbury’s close by, Lidl,Aldi all a very short distant from the Bungalow.
Also a short walk brings you to the local post office/store, Bakers, Butchers,Chemist, Hairdressers, a Tesco express.
Holly was a rescue cat who had been abandoned prior to us adopting her approx 10 yrs ago, she hates being on her own.
We would like to go on more holidays, we have one booked for May/June and another approximately 19th September for 2 weeks, we would love to start going away at Christmas as well if possible, as we are getting no younger.
We are looking for a animal lover to come and stay, to take care of Holly our cat, this would be wonderful, and put our minds at rest.
Holly is taken out to wonder on a harness each day until she gets used to her new surroundings, but I am finding her more and more reluctant to go out, she is more of a house cat, and perhaps will be going out a couple short bursts a day, once she has settled.
Holly needs feeding and watering throughout our time away, her litter tray will need changing, and as mentioned previously if she wishes to go out, it will probably be for a short burst.
We would like someone who is genuine, trustworthy, it worries me that someone may let us down last minute, so someone who is positive and 100% reliable is crucial.

I will add some photos shortly as most rooms are under decoration at present, and with just moving in a short while ago we are still getting the home organised, and all will be nicely finished in a few weeks time, and i will upload some photos, in the meantime i will upload one of the kitchen which has finally had all the removal boxes cleared out now, one of Holly.
