About this house sitting position in Whitley Bay

Jeff,

Your message appeared on FB messenger and frustratingly I only got one chance to read it through quickly before it disappeared. Not sure why.

My equal share of the inheritance came as a wonderful blessing since my job at the Priory will cease for 5 whole months at the end of October. It’s an answer to my prayers since I have worried that I wouldn’t be able to make ends meet during that time plus with this money I was able help out one of my daughters who has hit hard financial times. With running two households, one in the States and one here, double rent, double utilities, double groceries and double bills to pay for we are financially stretched therefore I am so grateful for receiving my half of the inheritance. (But let it be known I would not have it any other way because I want to be near to and take care of our elderly mum).

After much consideration, prayer and a long discussion with my husband I have concluded that I would like to ease your situation by offering you one hundred pounds that I will take from my savings. I know that does not change your situation but it may make things a little easier while you try to get things sorted out. It’s only a Band Aid since the real solution is to either find more employment (I wash dishes at a cafe and pick up rubbish off the floors of a theatre to make ends meet) and/or get medical help for your particular condition which may allow you to receive benefits i.e. Personal Independence Payments. Since holding down a full time job has always been difficult for you and at times you have had to withdraw from people, family and friends to cope/recover then getting a mental health assessment (eg aspergers syndrome or whatever it may be) may entitle you to some regular income from the government, as mentioned before, and ease your load. I would also like you to help our mum out on a practical level. She is very elderly and finds many every day things that we take for granted very difficult to do.

If you feel that you can embrace these suggestions then let me know so that I can withdraw the one hundred pounds from the bank. You can either pick the money up from my flat or at a time next week when I am working at the Priory (Tues, Wed, Sat).

Hoping this will help you out and that you will receive it knowing that it is well intentioned.
