The house is situated on a quiet single track country lane surrounded by farm land. Approximately 1 mile from the villages of Ixworth and Troston which provide some facilities.

Farm house in the country near Norwich
We have a comfortable converted barn to stay in a rural location ( car driver makes life a lot easier!)
A friendly low maintenance lurcher to walk and feed (sleeps all day), 2 cats 2 chickens and 2 ponies to feed. The ponies live out with shelter and don’t require shutting in, just a hay net and their bucket of food each in the mornings. Read more
