A small , two bedroom , mid terrace cottage in the heart of Derbyshire ( middle of just three) . Small enclosed back garden , no or very low maintenance. Ample off road parking to rear of property. Easy walking distance to local pubs , shop and post office . Large supermarket within two miles . Near to Matlock , Matlock bath , chatsworth house , hardwick hall , Bakewell to name a few areas to visit , all within ten to twenty minutes drive . Chesterfield, with its crooked spire is only fifteen minutes away , a bustling market every Thursday and weekends. There is a bus but it is a very limited service .
My requirement is to look after my dog , and possibly water a few plants , that’s it . My dog cannot be left alone at all so this will have to be a full time commitment while you’re here , but I can have back up on hand should you need to go out alone , shopping for example .
