Detached four bedroom house with garden and off street parking - and one little mixed terrier dog called Betsy. House - main bedroom and en suite on first floor. Also double and single bedrooms plus bathroom on ground floor. Walking distance to local shops and cafe. Two min drive (or walkable) to Leigh-Sea train station with 45 min train journey into London city centre. Also close to Hadleigh Country Park, Belfairs Woods and many restaurants and cafes on Leigh Broadway. Betsy - 10 years old. Needs medication. Very easy little dog to care for. Needs company more than lots of exercise, although enjoys the odd short walk and cafe visit!
