About this house sitting position in Blandford Forum

We live in a large old farmworkers cottage in a picturesque village in Dorset with modern bathrooms and kitchen.

We require a house sitter to look after the house and our cat while we are on holiday.

We need someone to make sure the cat is fed and well cared for and the house is kept clean and tidy.

In the village there is Tarrant Rushton airfield and memorial where gliders set off for D-day to Pegasus Bridge.

There are several walking and cycling trails and the North Dorset Trailway nearby.

We are situated 5 minutes from Blandford and 10 minutes from the historic market town of Wimborne.

Kingston Lacy house and gardens and Badbury Rings (National trust) are 5 minutes away.

There is also a pub and golf course less than 1 mile away.

The large towns of Poole, Bournemouth and Salisbury are within easy access (30 mins).

Note: there is no public transport in the village, we recommend sitter to have a car.
