About this house sitting position in Borrowash

We are a couple in our 50’s living in a large village in Derbyshire. Lots of beautiful countryside walks on our doorstep and others within easy reach by car. A supermarket, a few shops, takeaways and a few pubs an easy walk away. We are also only 5 miles from the nearest city so best of both worlds.
We currently use a dog boarder for our cockapoo locally, but as she is so busy, we do require additional help. We did have another boarder who unfortunately is no longer available.
We like to plan weekends away with and without our doggy and also like to plan overseas holidays abroad if we can find someone suitable to help out with the doggy sitting.
Our Cockapoo, Cooper is a dream, he 4 and a half years old (born Sept 2020), super laid back with people but not too keen on other dogs. Loves a belly rub, even when he’s in the middle of a snooze.
The only problem with Cooper is that he doesn’t like his own company very much at all since we sadly lost Coopers mate, our other Cockapoo last year.
I only like Cooper to be left for around 2-3 hours in the day but not at all in the evening as I worry that he can howl sometimes when left alone and this would be unfair on our neighbours.
That’s all there is to say about Cooper really, he is easy apart from his neediness on humans. He really is the most loving doggy. Read more...
