About this house sitting position in Canterbury

We have a family home tucked away in a quiet spot, but just 15 minutes walk to the beautiful and historic centre of Canterbury. We are near a post office and a few local shops.
We have a private garden, and a guest room, as well as space on the drive for cars.
We share our home with two medium-sized dogs, and an elderly guinea pig.
The dogs are a 4 year old rottie/cocker cross and a one year old bouncing mixed breed staffie/german shepherd/sharpei mix (we aren't really sure!).
The dogs are super friendly with people and dogs, and walk well on leads. They are fed twice a day and have their crates in the utility room where they sleep at night (and often choose to spend time during the day). They also have a dog flap for access to the garden.
We are looking for someone to keep our dogs company and take them for a minimum of an hour's walk a day, in the nearby fields, or in to town. They are happy to be walked together or separately - we mix this up on occasion.
The guinea pig is quite elderly, and needs to be put in her run on sunny days and kept in her hutch in chillier weather with fresh water and hay - she is 6 so needs to be taken good care of.
