Welcome to Our Home in the Trent Valley

Hello! We are Adam and Graham, and we're looking for a caring, responsible sitter to look after our home and beloved pets while we're away.

Our home is a spacious three-bedroom house set in a beautiful location overlooking the Trent Valley. With multiple cosy seating areas, it's the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee, enjoy the views, or unwind after exploring the local area. The property sits within a private one-third acre garden, offering plenty of outdoor space along with several social areas to enjoy during your stay.

We are fortunate to have excellent public transport links nearby, as well as shops, nature reserves, and woodland walks all within easy walking distance.

The house is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a bean-to-cup coffee machine, double oven, separate utility room, and all the comforts of home to make your stay enjoyable.

Meet Our Pets:

Our Cat - George

Our 12-year-old cat is an independent character who prefers to live life on his own terms. He's quite aloof, comes and goes as he pleases, and is generally low-maintenance. While he appreciates being fed and knowing someone is around, he's not demanding of attention and is happy doing his own thing.

Our Dog - Seth

Our medium-sized dog couldn't be more different! He is full of energy, affection, and enthusiasm for life. He loves meeting people, is friendly with children and other dogs, and will quickly become your loyal companion.

His favourite things are long games of fetch, chasing a ball around the garden, and exploring on walks. He is happy with a daily walk of around 30–60 minutes, along with some playtime in the garden. In return, you'll receive plenty of love, entertainment, and companionship.

We're looking for someone who enjoys animals, appreciates a comfortable home, and would love spending time in a peaceful setting with beautiful views and easy access to nature.
