About this house sitting position in Carterton

A cosy and easy‑to‑maintain 3‑bedroom home on the outskirts of Carterton, just a stone’s throw from the Cotswolds and with straightforward access to Oxford. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming, with three large supermarkets, cafés, and pubs all within walking distance.

We have a small collection of plants that need watering once a week, but the main responsibility is caring for our 1‑year‑old Cocker Spaniel, Cooper. He’s a highly energetic, affectionate boy who thrives on two good walks a day and enjoys a bit of scent training or enrichment during the daytime.

You’ll also be sharing the house with Meeko, our relaxed tabby cat who is very independent and requires minimal care.

The house is fully equipped for comfort and convenience: Alexa speakers throughout, a TV with all major streaming services, and a fast 100 GB fibre connection—ideal if you work from home. There’s also a dedicated office space, a well‑equipped kitchen, and a washing machine.
