About this house sitting position in Chelwood Gate

We are looking for a couple or person to house sit and look after our 2 lovely black labradors, Percy and Remy who are 3 and 4 years old. They are brothers but from different litters. They enjoy their walks and love cuddles and affection. Our home is in the village of Chelwood Gate on the Ashdown Forest. It is a detached house, comfortable and spacious. We have four bedrooms and the guest room has an en-suite bathroom. The lounge is south facing with bi folding doors onto the patio and there is a wood burner. The house has gas central heating. We have a large kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with double oven and stove, microwave and a dishwasher. There is a utility room with washing machine. Our garden is south facing with a large patio. We have lovely far reaching views to the South Downs. Across the road from our house are lots of footpaths on the Ashdown Forest. There are 2 good pubs in Chelwood Gate and the nearest shop is in the next village of Nutley, 2 miles away. The larger village of Forest Row is 4 miles away. We are a 15 minute drive from the towns of East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Uckfield and Crowborough. There is plenty to do and see in the area. National Trust properties and Gardens and the towns of Lewes, Tunbridge Wells and Brighton are both within a 35 minute drive of us.
