About this house sitting position in Heanor

We live in a detached house in a residential area in Heanor which is near to the Peak District. There is a downstairs annexe with a large bedroom and wet room and there are 2 other bedrooms upstairs but only 1 has a bed in it. There is also a shower basin and toilet adjacent. There is a patio and established garden at the back and parking on the drive or in from of the house. There are 4 large supermarkets locally and a regular bus service 200 yards away to Nottingham and Derby as well as a train station half a mile away.
