About this house sitting position in Heanor

Hello we are Sue and Jim.
We have three dogs Rona a Romanian rescue
Louey a Spanish rescue.
Casper a white Staffy.

Both Rona and Casper are big strong dogs and need an experienced handler.
Rona will only go out with either dog.


They all get on well together and enjoy one walk a day 30mins from the house which then settles them and the day is then your own.

We live in a detached house in a residential area in Heanor which is near to the Peak District. There is a downstairs annexe with a large bedroom and wet room and there is 1 other bedroom upstairs. There is also a shower/ basin and toilet adjacent. There is a patio and established garden at the back and parking on the drive or in front of the house. There are 4 large supermarkets locally and a regular bus service 200 yards away to Nottingham and Derby as well as a train station half a mile away.

We have Shipley Park about a mile away which is an extensive area for dog walking and cycling. There are also refreshments and toilets available.

Being close to the Peak District (30mins) we have Chatsworth House the towns of Bakewell,Buxton and Matlock along with pretty villages to explore.

We have a ferry booked in January to Spain but have not booked a return crossing at this time. We can be flexible on a return date if 2 months is a longer sit than you would require.
