About this house sitting position in Heathfield

I am looking for a caring sitter to look after our lovely home and delightful menagerie. Our home is situated in a beautiful rural area with lovely walks in every direction. The location is a little remote so a car is a must. Heathfield High Street and shops are around a 20 minute walk but just three minutes by car.
We have two cats, a pup, pond fish and poultry so lovely fresh eggs every day. The cats are very cuddly and enjoy company. One is an Arabian Mau, around ten years old, very chatty and vocal. The other is a crazy, happy, two year old moggy, very playful and naughty, both males. The pup is just ten months old but clean, and an absolute bundle of joy and fun. She would like at least one walk a day.
Down the bottom of the garden, in secure runs, are my other adorable, feathered pets. I have two geese who free range in the garden every day, two naughty Guinea Fowl and 19 chickens, all rescues. These birds are as important to me as the indoor pets, they just live outside. They are all adorable little characters. I need to stress how important it is to me that they are kept clean so I poo pick every day which takes around five minutes. It’s not hard work but if you’re not prepared to don a pair of gloves each morning and pick out some chicken droppings, then this isn’t for you.
I also have a large pond full of gold fish who will need feeding once a day. Read more...
