About this house sitting position in Hutton

We have a large indoor cat, who's very shy and independent, but loves to know there's someone around. He will follow you everywhere but is definitely not a lap cat.
We also have a mixed flock of ducks, who also love company and lots of peas.
We are looking for someone to help with the ducks twice daily (morning and night, covering and uncovering the food containers and ensuring they have water available) and to keep our lovely cat company overnight and keep him fed and watered, as he doesn't do well in a cattery.
We have a very large, well stocked garden, which you can spend time in and enjoy, if you wish.
The area has lots of lovely walks and we are in-between driffield and beverley, which are fabulous for independent little shops and cafes.
The train station is close by if you fancy venturing to the coast or into York or Hull.
Being in a village, the neighbours are always friendly and helpful and more than happy to have a chat.
