Tudor Cottage is a 1625 house which has been completely refurbished to give modern living in a period house. We have 2cats, Herbert and Henry, plus a few fish in a pond in the garden.. We need the animals to be taken care of, (fed and watered), and the cottage to be secure, no real duties, just the bins to be put out once a week. If you are interested in gardening maybe the lawn could be cut if necessary.
The cottage has 3/4 bedrooms, several living areas and all the usual facilities (Sky, Wifi. etc.)
Ixworth is a small village just north of Bury St Edmund's and handy for visiting all Suffolk and Norfolk. The village has a couple of pubs, shops etc. all within walking distance, the Village Church is nearby. Whilst not essential use of a car would be an advantage as public transport is limited, only 2/3 buses a day to Norwich and Bury St Edmund's.
Additionally the cleaner comes in once a week and a gardener for 4 hours every 2 weeks to do some general tidy up.
