About this house sitting position in Kingsbridge

We live in the South Devon countryside and are looking for dog loving sitters to look after our 18 month old miniature labradoodle. She is good with people and other dogs, and loves her walks and playing.

We live in a 3 bedroom terraced converted barn. It is a very quiet location.

There is an underfloor heating in the kitchen, wood burning stove in the sitting room and a gas fired boiler for the central heating and hot water. We have good wifi.

The village of Loddiswell with its village shop is a mile away, and the waterfront town of Kingsbridge with supermarkets, and independent retailers about 5 miles.

There are walks nearby, and we are midway between the beaches of the south coast and moorland of Dartmoor, both about 25 minutes drive.

We live in a rural area so a sitter needs their own transport . Sitters should be non-smokers.

We like the house to be left clean and tidy, and the house plants and outside pots to be watered from time to time.
