About this house sitting position in Lampeter

This a large area of land , 8 acres , with four buildings that is quite isolated and remote HOWEVER there is a garage shop 2 miles away .

We cannot have dogs because the dogs chase sheep from the surrounding fields.

I am looking for some one or a couple who are looking for a longer term stay , say six months . The place is off-grid with spring water source , can build a solar swim pond if you wish . Or experiment with carpentry and making things . There is A Stage (small theatre) in a barn and there is potential to build an Audio Video Studio . Years ago I wanted to make a ghost Movie using the place as a Filming Set .

There is one Flushing Sit-Down Toilet but other compost toilet could be built . The electrics are solar powered Panels and if you like making circuits , you can make voltage charge circuits for the batteries . There is lots of grass (two fields) and I have shawn a path through the (overgrown) grass down to the buildings as the main drive is a bit rocky .

Internet is by SIM MOBILE . There is a caravan . There is parking space for FOUR vehicles . There are solid fuel burners that make hot water .

Not all of the place needs to be looked after , If you choose one building for you .

There is a friendly lady next door 500 meters away who can help with any issues .

The Pool is small , rubber , above-ground type but does have a solar heater .

The housing standard is poor , many home-made things .

The nearest Town has three supermarkets and A University .

Tell me where you are located now and I may be able to drive you from there .
