We have a 2 double bedroom small terraced house with wonderful views of Leybourne Lakes.

Larkfield is a village in Kent, in the borough of Tonbridge and Malling. lying on and north of the main A20 road. The M20 motorway (junction 4) is approx. 5 minutes away.
Leybourne Lakes Country Park in a 5 minute walk, offering beautiful walks, water sports with a café.
Tesco superstore is a 10 min walk away. Larkfield Leisure Centre is again a 10 minute walk away.
Larkfield is served by New Hythe and Aylesford stations, with services to Maidstone, Paddock Wood and the Medway towns. If you enjoy walking there are many trails starting from Larkfield including the River Medway.

We have a beautiful female lurcher called "Senna" She was a rescue and has the most wonderful nature. She enjoys one to two walks a day and spends the rest of day sleeping. We also have 2 cats, a ginger tom cat "Leo" who is an outside cat. We also have a very elderly cat "Poppy" who stays inside mostly. Both litter trained and no problem with the dog. They all love cuddles.

We are looking for someone just to enjoy being with the animals and the local area.
