About this house sitting position in Launceston
We need someone to care for our lovable 12yo dog, 2 cats, and 29 hens. Garden with lawns, polytunnel and small greenhouse in a delightful rural setting 3 miles from town of Launceston so own car required.
200 year old property has wood pellet fired central heating system, superfast broadband, freeview TV plus Amazon prime.
Interesting small town with Castle and Museum, situated between Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor, 18 miles from the North Cornish Coast. 45 minutes Plymouth / Exeter.

“We both enjoyed looking after your lovely country house, scarla the dog, Bella & Sooty the cats and all the chickens .
Everything was explained in detail and we were welcomed the day before to make sure we got aquainted with the animals (and fed)
We were provided with a comfortable room with en-suit and had the run of the house and garden which we loved to spend time in.
Scarla was the most well trained,obedient dog and a pleasure to look after.
Sooty was deaf and would meow very loudly to let us know her meds & food were due. Bella her sister was more subdued. The whole experience was very routine but enjoyable.
Martin & dy are lovely. They didn't expect too much from us in regards to contact or photos and left us to get on with our duties.
