About this house sitting position in Leamington Spa

We live in a 3 bedroom semi detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac 2 miles from Leamington town centre. Shops within walking distance and bus stop to town at the end of the road (or 25 min easy walk to town centre/train station). Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds all nearby so ideal base to explore.

We have a large garden and the house has all the usual mod cons including WiFi and Netflix. The sitters will have use of the guest bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe/draw space.

Simon & Walter are our adorable cats who absolutely love human company. They are rescue cats so don't know much history but they are very typical for the breed, most happy sat on a lap and following you around the house. Simon is 1 anf Walter is 10, both are fed separately as have diet sensitivities (we just feed one upstairs and one downstairs). They both take medication easily in their food. We have a cat flap that is activated by microchip which Simon uses but Walter prefers to be indoors. They have 2 litter trays that will need to be scooped daily.
They are ok to be left during the daytime for 6-7 hours but appreciate playtime and cuddles before/after. Ideally the sitter will not be out everyday as they really do like company. They sleep on the bed next to/on us so the sitter must be ok with this. Read more...
