About this house sitting position in Leicester

Hello & thankyou for showing an interest in our ad. Our house is a 3 bed semi with a good sized south facing back garden, pond, allotment & greenhouse. We have 1 rescue ferret who enjoys an hours playtime in the kitchen with her toys each morning & then sleeps the rest of the day & two spoilt house cats! Our ferret, Blossom sadly recently lost her little play mate & our vet had to kindly send her to the pet rainbow. She appears to be coping remarkably well with just human interaction at morning play but if we feel it necessary, will find her a new friend from the RSPCA or ferret rescue. Our current sitter has been very attentive to her needs & keeps us updated accordingly. Blossom is an older ferret & may well be happier in her own space, it's early days & we are monitoring her closely to best meet her needs.
We also have 2 house cats Tia & Amber who usually stay locally in the back garden if they do venture out & we feed 4 feral garden cats, (all neutered & 1 microchipped) Oliver, Willow, Thomas & Ruby. There are many wild birds around & occasionally a squirrel that visits.
The house has unlimited WiFi & tv. One 40" tv in the lounge & a 21" tv upstairs. Our neighbours are friendly & respectful on either side, over the road & those that back on to the bottom of the garden. It is a quiet area with shops, a post office, chip shop & bus stops all within walking distance. A driveway with room for 4 cars & sensor lights at the front & back of the house.
There is currently a housesitter staying at our house who is due to leave on May 30th so we are hoping to find a replacement who could arrive before then to learn the cat & ferret feeding regime & settle in before the sitter leaves.
Our return date is June 10th in the late evening. I personally like to keep in contact with sitters on messenger or whatsapp as it's extremely important to us that they are happy & enjoy their stay. Also, if there are any questions or concerns that they might have, we are fully contactable day or night. If you have any questions at all, please ask.
