About this house sitting position in Llandysul

We live in a 200 yrs old Welsh cottage. Since we moved here at the end of 2022 we have been renovating it room by room. It has a nice large kitchen, modern bathroom and the guest bedroom will be renovated and ready for guests this year. Our house is located in a very rural hamlet with just one immediate neighbour. Nearest town and shops and supermarkets are just 20 minutes drive away.

We have a very well behaved 6-year-old springer spaniel called Snipe. He loves everyone and loves his walks and going into water. We also have a 15-year-old ginger cat called Bobby.

We will be visiting our daughter in Australia for 2.5 weeks in March 2027 and would like to start looking for a suitable house-sitter who can look after our house, dog and cat whilst we are away.

If possible/feasible at all, we'd like the house-sitter to meet our dog prior to house sitting commences.
