About this house sitting position in London

We are a couple who are getting the chance to work/holiday in Australia at the end of 2025 and need a house sitter to look after our flat and two wonderful cats. This would be a longer house sit including Christmas and new years eve.

CATS
Amos is our ginger cat who loves to be in the same room as us at all times but doing his own thing, and Monty is our tabby who is a bit more independent but loves a lap cuddle! Their only restriction is not being allowed in the bedroom. They are playful and love a playfight with each other, but are unfortunately fairly prolific hunters so we do get some mouse shaped presents that need disposing of. Other than that, their feeding is straightforward, they are outdoor cats (so no litter tray) and have no other specific needs - just some company whilst we're away!

FLAT
The flat is a ground floor conversion and has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom and an office which our house sitter is welcome to use for home working. The flat is not suitable for children, and is mostly one level aside from two stairs in the middle of the flat. Our house sitter would have full use of the flat and garden.
Our flat is located in Leytonstone within easy reach of central London via tube (central line station is a 10-15 minute walk), but also easy access to Epping Forest, including some great short walks around ancient woodland nearby. Leytonstone is a great area filled with cafes, restaurants and pubs, and we love exploring these at the weekends.
On street parking can be arranged if needed.
